Horse riding

Horse riding is a wonderful way to see the Nature Park, and to experience its landscapes, flora, fauna and changing seasons.

Horse riders have always enjoyed the easy access to both forests and beaches, which is well furnished with suitable tracks. Please keep on the marked trails to help minimise erosion to soils.

The turist information will provide you with information on horse rental.

Blåbjerg Sand Dune Plantation

The marked horse trail will take you through a varied forest with both fir and leaf trees. From the forest there are two exits to the beach. Please take other visitors into consideration on the beach and be aware of dogs. On the way back you will ride along a large heathland.

Nyminde Plantage

The marked trail is a beautiful tour, which will take you through the forrest. On the beach you will head north and return for getting back on the trail in the forrest. Please take other visitors into consideration on the beach and be aware of dogs.

Ho Plantage

The marked trail will lead you through Ho forrest. The trails are a mix of narrow and wide tracks, and sometimes you will be lucky to see red deer grassing.
